"This used to be called Sazi Hotel, I stayed there in May 2024 and it was okay. Now that is it the Level hotel… so many upgrades have been made and it’s a great little hotel. If you stay here, plan on staying at the luxury rooms only! I will stay here anytime I’m in Ho Chi Minh."

"It seems to be a new hotel as it’s very clean, very confortable(bed and pillow are very comfy) and everything seems new. There was no curtain in our bathroom and people around could see us showering. There is a cafe downstair and sometimes its crowded with locals. Overall a good and clean hotel for the price. I sometime felt like the cafe was more important than the hotels tho."

"Hotel Staff are easy to talk with, the ambience was fantastic.. the room has balcony and french doors, can open anytime and the surrounding street is clean and quiet. has nearby coffee shop that we can sit and relax..
