"Lovely capsule-style hotel within walking distance of Tenjin-minami station; shared facilities were clean and well-maintained, the semi-private cabins were good quality and decent size. Only downside was the inability to turn off or cover the air vent into the cabin, which meant an almost unbearably warm night's rest for one night of my stay."

"overall it was okay…. I didn't enjoy the carpet inside. It was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. So, you'll need to purchase everything you need before arriving....

"I absolutely love this hotel. I wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked for the dates . The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond , they are kind , courteous and friendly . Love all the amenities, free tea, coffee, toletries. I am only.sad that I could not stay longer . Fabulous "

"This is perfect if you just want a place to stay before an early flight or after a late night out. The hotel is literally above the Fukuoka Airport Line. My only advice is to keep in mind that this is NOT the location right next to Hakata Station (there are 2 with the same name) "

"We had a fantastic stay at Webase Hakata Hostel! The place was spotless, with clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas that made my stay super comfortable. The location is unbeatable – close to Tenjin, Canal City, and Hakata Station with a train station nearby making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to offer tips on the best local spots. Although the rooms are somewhat small, the overall vibe was cozy and welcoming, perfect for meeting fellow...

"Hotel didn't provide check-in instructions ahead of time and there was no staff/front desk to assist. We had to stand outside and begged other travelers to share their door code to get to the check-in machine. Then, we had to find the reservation, scan the QR code to pay for room tax using a credit card before a code was provided to enter a room. "
