"Poor management. People keep banging the doors at mid night for no reason. They mentioned breakfast is included but they charge extra for it. Early check in or late checkout by even 1 min will cost extra money which i have never seen at any other properties "

"the reception didn't agree with expedia booking, although room was booked for 2 adults with the confirmation email, they charged 300rs extra for 2 people, they charged extra for breakfast although expedia mentioned its free. very bad experience. "

"This property just requires good management.Silly small things are overlooked eg the toilet exhaust is wrongly installed with the air blowing in instead of being sucked out.It could have been easily rectified but after pointing it out the staff just laughed it by off. Breakfast is omlette but no bread,idli but no wada.Looking for service,don't go here"

"Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused. Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry. It’s a scam hotel . "
