"The restroom in the motel was less than clean. Poop on the wall in a couple places, the trash can was nasty as well. When we went to get in bed there was a very badly torn pillowcase on one of the pillows. I went to the service desk and asked for a new one. The gentleman (very pleasant) told me the cleaning lady would be right there and I waited a good 10 minutes for her and she did not show up.
