"I found this property very convenient to get to the cruise port and also get to the movie theater. The bedroom was not large, but I expected to be the average size for the location as it is in New York City, the only issue I had was the Internet. It was glitchy at times, I had to try several times to login but once you got it working generally it was good most of the time. Also, there was a plastic piece of the grate on the AC heating unit that was on the floor. All they would have to do is glue...

"The rooms and common areas were always clean. Staff was average but they were fully booked when we were there so that is understandable. The only negative is that breakfast is a madhouse. The area is too small for so many possible people getting breakfast in the short 3 hr window. But the food was good and there were plenty options. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. "

"Possibly our favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel went above and beyond more than we could have ever imagined for our stay there. Room was clean, spacious and an excellent view. Some additional storage would have been good but we were there a week ago had more stuff than the usual guests. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Lifts not as bad as people make out. Although one lift was broke for 2 days which made it a little slower. All in all a...
