"Our room was awesome! Nice size, loved having the living room area in the next room. Didn't like the stairs! The stairs were awkward and hard to climb. No elevator so had to walk carefully up the stairs. The stairs were off balanced and crooked. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast!"

"The only problem I had was during check out. The person at the desk was checking out another person. I stood for 15 min with no acknowledgement as they chatted. She gives her her bill still continuing to chat and I finally just put my card on the counter and walked away. Still dont know if they checked me out"

"Staff was especially helpful. Did their utmost to make limited ammenities available. Attention to detail in room and drinks available 24/7 in lobby. Small, older place in remote town outside of Crater Lake - you can walk the length of the town in 15-20 minutes. 2 of the 3 restaurants in town were closed on the day we were there (Monday&Tuesday closed). Mexican restaurant was at South end of the street and very good."

"One of the greatest views in the Umpqua region with a very wide and lively stream at the backyard of the property. The sound of river can be heard in the cabin and, with no wifi or tv in the room, it is perfect place for digital detox (restaurant area has wifi). Food was pretty great (ravioli pasta is phenomenal). To our disappointment, the library was closed due to staff shortage. A bar is operation inside the library in normal times."
