"Enjoyable stay at Avon Apartments. The occupants in the next unit were not very considerate as they made considerable noise early in the morning, however it was still a positive experience overall. We didn't realise that the chiefs were playing at nearby FMG Stadium until we arrived back to find all of the street parking was occupied. Luckily there was still an off street parking space available."

"My unit was spotlessly clean, had everything i needed for my stay. Very comfy bed with a good amount of blankets to be warm and cosy. Heatpump in case you get cold but the unit was very warm. Motel is in a quiet location with minimal noise, the odd car going up the road but it was Friday night when i stayed. Good shower with good pressure. Location is perfect to easily get to Waikato public hospital or the private hospitals, or hamilton central shopping. This is very good value for $ and i would...
