"A good capsule hotel with an excellent Spa Area. Honestly the Spa Area alone makes it already worth it. There are some spots here and there that could be cleaned but as a capsule hotel, its in pretty good shape. Only bothersome part is needing to check out each day at 10am for consecutive stays for cleaning, but it's also not the worst and can be ignored if for a big premium that is."

"The location of this capsule hotel is ideal, especially since it is close to several subway lines and is walking distance from the Shinsaibashi shopping arcade. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. The hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and have front desk personnel who can speak English and even Chinese."

"My only complaint are the washer/dryers…I wasted nearly 4 hours because the dryer does not dry well…I had to run it 3-4 times & even then still had to lay my clothes out in the room to completely dry, also didn’t even smell like detergent just smelled like they were rinsed as is. Other than that everything else about it was amazing! The staff, locations, convenience….🤓"
