"Shower did not work. When let desk know they said yes the handle was tricky to turn or something to that effect. Why not fix this issue rather than have guest fight with the faucets. "

"It was a breath of fresh air to have someone at the front desk that was knowledgeable, kind and very personable. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. 2 thumbs up!!"

"A nice hotel in the heart of Canal Park. Nothing super flashy but having the kitchenet is nice if you are there a couple of days. Quality breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Could use a bit of up keep on the room (towel rack was loose and minor things like that) but nothing that ruined or even affected the stay."

"First thing to note, the hotel is set back from the lake by a couple major roadways. A busy road runs right in front of it. The write up had me thinking this hotel would be right on the lake walk, with a lake view room I paid extra for. I was disappointed to find my lake view room looked at a busy road and construction with the lake in the distance. It would have been better to get a room on the other side facing the neighborhood, not the road! The room itself was clean and comfy. The only...
