"Our room was clean and comfortable. The room size is very small, but sufficient when traveling with my 3 kids. The shower room was spacious!"

"So close to a train station & just a quick walk to KYOTO station. Lots of shops & eateries nearby! Check in was smooth. I could leave my luggage with them hours before my check in. The rest & dining area was spacious, a mix of cafe & library with many books about Japan to browse at your own time. The room is super comfy with a compact sink. Toilet is near the lift. Shower & the compact but lovely public bath is on level 1. "

"No staff it’s hard to check in because it’s different confirmation we don’t know where can i call and ask. Im thankful to the other guest a japanese how they call the staff to call to get confirmation code.you need to post your phone number in the front to easy call you."

"This property is easily reachable from the Kyoto Station by bus. Less than a 15 minute ride. It is within walking distance of the Nikishi Market. There is a women’s only floor available and can only be accessed with room key. The bed was wonderful. It was able to raise and lower by remote control.
