"The staff was super helpful and check in was sent via email and so here at the hotel it was set as ready. The property seemed safe and smelt clean. The fixtures in the restroom definitely could use an upgrade as they are literally falling off. Also providing in the closet some additional blankets would be helpful. "

"The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the gravy little too salty. The TV was good. The bed was not very comfortable. The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work; no towel rack. The seating in the room was good and comfortable. The water in Shreveport taste like sand, so every drink using city water tastes bad. "

"We stayed for 2 nights for my daughter's cheer competition. Breakfast is good and the rooms smelled okay and were clean. After driving 6 hours and getting in around midnight we were worried as the area seems a bit sketchy but when we pulled up to the hotel we were relieved that it looked nice. Upon arrival we were given a single room when I had paid for a double room. The gentleman up front did rectify it and he was well mannered about it.
