"I was in town for a few days to run the half marathon in Naples. It's too cold in January for the beach, so I picked a hotel located right off Tamiami Trail, the main road that goes through Fort Myers. It's in a good central location with lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The Edison mall is nearby with stores and a food court with some good food. It's about 10 minutes to downtown Fort Myers. The pool was nice, but a little cold for January! I appreciated the free breakfast."

My reservation was not transferred to the hotel, Hotels.com does not provide the hotels reservation number so they hotel cannot look it up, you cannot call anyone at hotels.com, you have to download an app just to communicate with anyone. In all it took 45 minutes to check in, 40 minutes was searching for the reservation and downloading an app to contact Hotels.com."
