"The property was located on a large square with lots of bars and restaurants. The parking was a large underground car park at the square and was very convenient to the Hotel. The hotel is located near all tourist attractions and is a lovely place to stay. The family room was very spacious, with a huge bath tub. We enjoyed a lovely stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again."

Hotel was clean, however extra attention re cleaning in the lift, door handles, mirrors, skirting boards (the places often overlooked on daily cleaning) would really go far to making it feel spotless."

"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. The luft is quirky but functional. The room was massive andhad a shabby chic feel. It had a fridge and kettle and a huge bed. Theviews from the windows were amazing and right into the square. If you are parking you need to stay at the bierkorf car park, very reasonable and close by. We stayed for 3nights and had a great...

"Great location and the comfiest of beds! Our room was basic, no tea/coffee or fridge etc but that was fine for us, there was water though. Like others have said, there are areas that are in need of some tidying up but none of it would affect your stay. Breakfast was great, i wasn't expecting much after reading some reviews but it was all fresh and plentiful. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, we were just there for a night so maybe I'd prefer more room facilities if i was to stay longer."
