"The overall stay was ok. My heater was loud in my first room and I was able to switch rooms the second night. The rooms need upgrading but ok for an overnight stay. No one answered when I called the front desk several times from my room phone so I had to call the hotel directly for assistance on two separate occasions. The front desk agent, Kim, was very nice and polite. The continental breakfast was ok. The juice was very diluted and the oatmeal was instant in packages."

"From our room we can hear the trucks on the interstate overpass bridge bumps and thumps. Can't be helped I guess on this side of the building."

"While the place is getting older and has a lot of older amenities like a stovetop, full-sized refrigerator with freezer, and even a kitchen sink, it's still a great place to stay for both short- and long-term. Easy access to rooms on all sides of the building. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind which really added a special touch to the stay. This is my preferred place to stay when I'm visiting family."

"It was a nice stay and all went well minus some miscommunication about my checkout and the price for doing so. Outside of that I received a credit for the misinformation and was able to extend till 3pm at no addl cost the last day. Great customer service, nice rooms with flat screen TVs, comfortable beds, and very cool game room amenity with slots. "The man on January 12 had great customer service and a very fast check in. The card wouldn’t work to unlock the door therefore he quickly gave us an another room! "
