"Located in the 11th floor, via the elevator close to Jordan Station. We checked in around midnight, and had to buzz in the receptionist as instructed. She looked sleepy but still managed to be impressively most professional, as she informed me of all the available facilities and functions of the room, like wi-fi, drinkable water, washing machine down the hall, etc. The twin room was a bit small and the toilet and shower aren't separated by a tub, but was still more than a perfect fit for two...

"The location is convenient, close by to transport & amenities. It's our 2nd stay here before it's rebranded with a scaled down service. They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbours, but for the price point & the comfort, it's a give & take. "My room had a lot of bugs to the point where I felt so uncomfortable that I had to cancel the rest of my stay. I was only able to stay for 2 of my 8 nights. I saw bugs of various sizes even up to the size of a finger nail crawl in and out of the walls so even when the owner offered to change rooms for me, I had lost all confidence. On top of that, we lost power from 10:30pm-4am on our second night, so we had no fan or air conditioning in our pretty damp and hot room. The toilet seat was broken...
