The reason I did not give it 5 stars for everything was because we had terrible internet connections prior to check-in. I was not able to access the room key lock number in my confirmation . The recorded message said they would return calls within 24 hours or sooner. We were lucky to have a quick response and actually met the check-in team who were on sight and very helpful. ...
