"This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed. Alex, the front desk guy, was super helpful and professional. He booked taxi, trips around Venice for us, and gave valuable advices to protect ourselves. His mother runs the included breakfast flawlessly with fresh fruit and pastry, never allowed any item to run empty. The rooms (4 for 8 of us) were spotless and roomy. The location is central, close to an excellent restaurant with great food (I loved the seafood spaghetti ) and surprisingly low...

"This hotel is located in a very convenient spot near a water bus station which made it easy for us to get to and leave from. The staff was very helpful with the transport strike that occurred while we were there and they told us how to get to the airport. The rooms have modern bathrooms and beds were comfortable. Premise was clean and recently renovated but it was a bit difficult to find in the alley. "

"This was a great value close to Venice. The outdoor garden area was nice. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom that had good water pressure. The air conditioning could have been a little colder, but we were there in the heat of summer. It worked sufficiently to allow us to get a good night’s sleep. The bus stop to Venice is close by."
