"Great customer service and nice pool."

"The lady at check in was so helpful and friendly. We arrived just before midnight and we booked 3 rooms. She was even willing to get a crib for one of our rooms last minute since we couldn’t get the pack n play unpacked. Breakfast was decent, they had the waffle maker and other muffins/bread. Rooms could use some updating but overall were clean."

"The staff was very friendly and inviting thought out the 3 days we stayed. The room was really clean and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The typically free breakfast. They even replaced the towels and made the beds after the first night which was not expected. "

"The property is conveniently located in the DT area. Several restaurants within walking distance, the staff was very accommodating and the room was very clean and comfortable. "

"It’s a comfort inn not the ritz I understand that but the 2nd room given was better but still side table had grease on it garbage under bathroom sink shelves, shower curtain ripped.. carpet where beds are was dirty too . I have stayed in better comfort inns in past much better"

"The gentleman at front desk who checked us in was very kind and attentive. The hotel grounds are just fine. Located behind a gas station and a Waffle House. The room itself looked to have been updated a few months ago but is showing signs of wear and tear. The floors and the bathroom were not cleaned well. The refrigerator was dirty from previous guests. However, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. This location served our needs as a place to stay for a night while traveling...

"We stayed for two nights and overall it was great. The only two issues we have is we could hear everything outside our door in the hallway. The second is the water pressure in our shower was weak. I still would recommend this to everyone."

"Hotel was okay, close to the Gibson Road Soccer Complex where we had a lacrosse tournament. Only interaction with staff was at check in and he was friendly. Bed wasn't the most comfortable and the bedding was a little rough. On the second night there was a child in a nearby room that was screaming all night, but the air conditioner was loud enough that I was able to just run it to drown out the noise. "
