When I checked in, I was asked about the shower/tub again which made me feel good. I felt like I was with family."

"To say you have a balcony and then you have to go down to level one and not really have a view. Very pricey, but maybe that’s Florence. I usually rely on best westerns but now I will double look into what I’m getting into before I rent a room From best Western. "

"The room was very "basic", though the bed was comfortable. Considering the low price that we paid, we were quite satisfied. We were quite happy to see a fridge in the room which was not advertised. Unfortunately, there wasn't an ice machine on the property. We would go back there as long as we were feeling frugal."

"This place is wonderful. The covered patio outside the door with a picnic table and lounge chairs are really great. Just a short walk across the lawn to the 25 steps down to the beach. The beach is pristine and very relaxing. We had a great time and plan to come back again."

"The rooms weren’t the cleanest or most up to date, but we both thoroughly enjoyed our visit and are planning to return. The Lighthouse Inn had character and the proprietor had breakfast for all the guests in a home style kitchen- excellent biscuits, gravy, and eggs!"
