"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. "Location is excellent. A quick walk to Oystermouth Castle and Oyster Bay. Restaurant menu is diverse and food is delicious. Staff is excellent. Many thanks to Arun and Josie and the rest of the staff who insured our stay was most enjoyable. "

"Havnt been here for quite some time. Big revamp makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. One issue was the room was very warm. Even when the radiators were tyrned off. However they did provide a fan. Evening Food was good, breakfast was ok, with the exception of the poached egg, that was perfect. "

"This building is old and damp in areas. However good value for money and central. My room was beautiful. Windows quite mucky. Reception lady polite and helpful. Continental breakfast disappointing. If your wanting a quiet stay this hotel is located directly in front of a very loud nightclub so take this into consideration on a Friday/ satarday night🙂"

"This hotel is a hidden Gem of the Gower, I got married here 2 years ago, Linda and the team were awesome then, went back for our 2 year anniversary and once again nothing was too much trouble for them, hotel has a real family feel to it and they make you feel so welcome. Great value for money, would recommend to anyone. "
