"Our room was dark during the day. The lights were very few and weak. In the morning the sunlight didn't let us sleep. The fornitures need an upgrade, the night table was broken and the wardrobe made funny sounds. But the worst was the wallpaper, broken and with many stains. "Al llegar al hotel a las 17:00 no habían procurado una temperatura de confort en la habitación, hacía más frío dentro que en la calle a pesar de ser diciembre en Soria. La gerente de una manera poco profesional nos atendió sobre las 19:00 y nos trasladó su problema alegando que no podía hacer nada ya que había sufrido un parón su calefacción el día anterior, situación extraña ya que la habitación no contaba con ningún radiador, sino con una bomba de calor y dos calefactores eléctricos ....
