It was lovely to have the pool at our disposal, and the spa would have been wonderful had it been open.The bed was comfortable but the room had a musty smell and there seemed to be mold spores between the shower tiles. It was nice to have a restaurant on site, although a bit overpriced, but the pasta was fresh and delicious."

"The property was dirty with rusted shower head, broken lights, dirty shower tray, cigarettes in the toilet, marks on wall, open roof hatch, broken door and marked bedding. The room smelt strongly of smoke and the windows were dirty. We did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The bed could not be used as it was so dirty and the shower unsafe. I have stayed in basic hotels before but this was dirty, smelly and unsafe."

"The hotel is at the best possible location, directly at the Duomo square. As a budget hotel, it meets the typical Italian standards, the room is dated but clean, the bathroom was updated and modern but the shower was very small. There is no elevator but that suits me fine since elevators in buildings like these tend to be clunky, so I avoid them in any case. Breakfast was a voucher to get a hot drink and pastry at the best cafe in the square, which is my favorite way of doing breakfast in Italy,...

"The property was quite hard to find and in a quiet dark street which as a solo female traveller, felt a little uncomfortable. Once inside though, the room was fine for my needs if a little basic and the lady at breakfast was lovely "

"An absolutely charming accommodation. My room had been beautifully decorated with a gorgeous relief plaster ceiling. Just a short walk away from the town centre which is vibrant in the evening. Of special note is the owner/landlady (gorgeous name - ask her!) She is a funny and wonderful character!"
