"The room was extremely hot when we arrived, and we turned the air conditioning on to cool it down. We then left for town and upon our return, we were shocked and dismayed to discover that someone had come into our room and turned off the air conditioning. The room was unbearably hot and the air conditioning unit could not cool down the room fast enough for us to get a good night of rest. We checked out the next morning, frustrated and exhausted. "A gem in Cefalù! Perfect location near the station, supermarket, beach and a short walk to town (beautiful sunset views on our walk to dinner reservations in town). We also loved the breakfast every morning. Thank you to our wonderful host. We hope to return one day. "

"Great location close to everything. Be prepared to walk a bit with your luggage on your first and last day though. Wonderful breakfast service and coffee. Traditional Sicilian foods. All rooms are different so check which you have. I was disappointed that ours had no view or outside balcony but that’s on me. Would stay again for sure. "

"Nice welcome. Enclosed parking lot so no need to worry about dings or squeezing the car into a haphazard slot. Room simple but clean, well-appointed with comfortable bed.Tasty (Sicilian) buffet style breakfast - enough to fill a range of preferences. Flagging that there is nothing cooked (if that's important for you). Patio great for eating or simply chilling and the place is quiet. Its about a 20 min walk (down hill) to the beach so you get your work out coming back up. Would stay here again "

"Fantastic location, breakfast available, good wifi, in the heart of old town, walk to everything. Stairs were difficult with luggage (no lift). A bit noisy at night and in morning, especially if balcony door open, however ear plugs supplied. We didn’t use them and the street noise wasn’t a problem for us."
