"Two adults two teens stayed in a Hollywood Quad room in Jan 2025 after flying into Narita airport. The shuttle bus from airport to hotel was fast and convenient. Front desk staff very helpful sending luggage on (cash only). We had the buffet dinner (easy and very high quality, expensive but worth it) and buffet breakfast (lots of Western and Japanese options). Our room was older but immaculately clean and quiet. Note the pool (extra charge) isn't open all day, only afternoon/ evening. Shuttles...

"This traditional merchant house converted hotel is lovely. We own the entire building with two floors. One tiny living room on the ground floor, a bath house, a separate toilet near the entrance, along with a spacious bathroom with the second living room on the second floor. It’s airy and full of scent of wood. However, the bedroom is facing the road without sound proof windows, it was very noisy throughout the night. "
