"This hotel has consistently been our top choice when visiting Switzerland. During our most recent stay, I mistakenly booked a single room instead of a double, but the staff was incredibly understanding and quickly accommodated the change for two guests. The location is excellent—very walkable and conveniently close to everything you need in Zurich. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

"3 night stay for start of Switzerland tour. So convenient short walk to tram stops. We received early checkin which was a real bonus after 14 hr flight Rooms are small but comfortable lift is tiny but we were on 3rd floor and used the stairs. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The city was doing major drainage so cab had to drop us off up the hill from hotel. Not an issue for use 70 year olds but there will be some people that wouldn’t be able to cope with the disruption "
