Just as we were leaving after onlybone night's stay the loo wouldn't flush. No phone to call reception and when I went down to use the loo there there was no one around. "Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year. "

"All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property. "

"Quite honestly, an all-inclusive hotel is best for families and old people. My wife and I loved this hotel but it was a little more than what we needed or wanted. If you have a family this is great. Hotel staff was really great, I hope theyre being paid and treated well. Food kind of got boring after awhile but like what can you expect? "
