All is missing to be perfect is a kettle or a coffee machine. They do not have an AC, it's true, but they have a ceiling fan that's pretty powerful, not sure how that works in the mid summer, i was there in June and it was enough for me. "I needed a bare-bones room for my son and I - and this had two separate bedrooms (each with a twin bed) so it worked out fine. It also had a sleeper in the living room that we didn't need - showers in each room but only 1 toilet - off the living room, so that was a little odd to have two showers and only one true toilet.
