"We were very pleased with the overall cleanliness of this hotel. For us, this is paramount. Front desk service and food service personnel were great! Other aspects of the hotel were fine, but did not live up to the standard of the other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at numerous times. This one needs updating and better overall maintenance. We would probably stay elsewhere next time because this hotel was more expensive than some others that had the same or better ratings, but we chose it...

"The night clerk was very nice. But when I went to check out and get my deposit back. The manager spoke to him and he said excuse me I will be back. They both left and after about 10 minutes he came back and gave me my deposit. I did have my Chihuahua with me and she was crated and I also paid the $25 pet deposit. So the only thing I can conclude is that he was told to go check the room to make sure my dog didn’t mess it up in any way. "

"Hotel was clean and staff was courtesy but since it was New Years Eve there was no breakfast available… not even coffee in the morning. They said coffee was available in the room, but this is little help to me when I rise early and my partner wants to sleep late. MOST hotels offer 24 hour coffee in the lobby… Catch up!"

"When it comes right down to it, ratings are based more on emotion than anything. This is a brand new building so everything was new and functional. The bed was great and the room was clean and cozy. But the night front deskman was not at all welcoming, even though he was efficient handling the check-in. The worst part was breakfast. We made sure to be get down there fifteen minutes before the scheduled 9am closing and were sadly disappointed on almost everything being gone, including no waffle...
