"Hotel is right at Puerta del Sol, probably the busiest area in Madrid. Hotel and staff are great. Lots of places to eat and you can walk to most turist points. Metro is right there too. The only issue is if you want to sleep at night. It is very loud past midnight, sometimes until 130am with illegal live performers and loud speakers. Bring ear plugs if you are planning on sleeping. I stayed 5 nights and 4 were like that."

"If you don’t mind about hotel looks, you just want a place to sleep and feel comfortable, then this hotel is for you. I am a traveler and I enjoy little things, but if you are a vacationer, then this place is not for you. "

"Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "

"Good location - next to the Metro and a food court with variety of outlets bars/cafes locally. Short walk to The Royal Palace and Madrid centre. Being British we missed having Tea and Coffee making facilities in our room - there is a shared space to do this. Nice touch that the room had a fridge to keep cold drinks. "

"Stayed for business. I was early for check-in, not only did I get the room, but I was given an upgrade! The room was spacious, the bed super confortable, the minibar very well stocked, good shower and stuff. The breakfast was great! And I also had dinner at their restaurant and it was pretty good too. There are at least 4 restaurants that looked great walking distance. "
