"Stayed in room number 21 which was the room Sean Connery used when the cast stayed at the hotel whist filming Goldfinger. Lovely room with great decor. A pleasure and privilege to use it. Friend arranged without my knowledge for a dry Martini ( shaken not stirred) to be delivered to the room for which the management did not charge my friend for. A lovely gesture by both parties. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody."

"Can't think of a negative thing to say about Hotel Bernerhof! We thoroughly enjoyed two nights here and only wished we stayed longer in Interlaken. Found it to be very reasonably priced for high tourist season. Everyone from the front desk people to the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was just what we needed to explore the area everyday and come back for a good night's rest. The view from our balcony was amazing, the shower worked well and the AC was efficient to cool...

"Somehow I accidentally booked a room on their very first night open, which was a bit of a surprise to me upon arrival but I wasn't mad about it. The front dest staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was nice and clean although the bed was a bit lumpy and there was no soap in the dispensers in the shower. I would stay here again. "
