Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere."

This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "We booked this hotel at the last minute for a long weekend getaway in Provence. While we didn't really need the amenities of a residence hotel (kitchen, laundry, etc), I could see how it would be a great advantage for people staying for a week, particularly with families. For our needs, the hotel was well-situated, comfortable and clean. The receptionist was charming, with many good ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend...

"This is like being abroad in a magical surrounding. This property is amazing. There is a restaurant on the beach and nearby a few more options. Set in a pine forest on the beach with a great pool too. Can’t wait to go back!"

"info on the Hotel.com wasn't accurate. not much facilities available nearby. very isolated. nothing closely ie shops supermarket etc.no food available after 8pm. very small rooms not suitable for 4 adults. beds offered are very uncomfortable not suitable for adult.studio advertised for 4 sleep is far too small.misleading info. will not recommend at all very disappointing. we left the place after 3nights even though we paid for 10 nights in the accommodation.
