"Convenient location for Komachi Dori but on the other side of JR station so remains very quiet. A reminder to book parking ahead of time if you are driving to the location. Otherwise, it’s easy to find parking around but just no in and out privileges. We booked a family room for 4 but indicated only 2 people on Expedia. We called the hotel in advance to add the 3rd and 4th occupants and they will invoice when checking out. "

"Not much English spoken (Google translate to the rescue) nor on the menus, first night we went to the dining area but were escorted to the snack bar for some strange reason, WATCH OUT for the stealth “bathing/ hot springs” tax of ¥600 at check-out, even though we didn’t even use the pool or any other facilities (not a word of it when we checked in- hadn’t we been pressed for time to return the car back at Haneda I’d have refused to pay and told them to call the cops but hey…), not even a sachet...
