"It was my second time staycation at this hotel where i booked 2 rooms for my family and the experience i had was awful. The ground workers were super friendly and adorable however, receptionist and owners behaviour was like if you want to stay then stay or go away. I did an online booking this time which was quite cheaper than paying at hotel, is that why they disagree to provide a shuttle service to the airport. "Solid place a little more than other places but no complaints at all very friendly staff great bed and washroom"

"Other than the usual clean room and friendly staffs service . we would like to extend our appraisal to the hotel staffs who offer to help , even after their working hour . We checked out the hotel on 9/6/2024 . and was at the airport , screening our luggages at the airport X-ray screening station, shockingly , the officers told us that an item is prohibited from leaving without proper paper documents . "Fantastic budget hotel with amazing and professional staff. We needed to extend by a few days the receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. All staff is in this hotel and the restaurant are great, especially ram who was always welcoming. Food is great too. For the rooms, comfortable beds and lovely hot showers. This hotel also has great common areas for guests to enjoy. "

"The staff was very attentive, but we didn’t have any hot water in the shower and the light by the door (inside the room) stayed on all night. There was no switch that controlled that light. I know how a new chick hatchling feels in the incubator now! "
