"Only complaint would be that pool and rooftop bar were both closed one of the nights for a private event. Not a huge deal, of course they would do that. But these two amenities were one of the reasons I chose this place. Maybe a heads up during booking would have been nice. "

"An old property but this might not be fair as I understand this property is going to be totally renovated and converted to a Royal Sonesta soon. Very few people stayed in hotel so the Internet works great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent with bus stop for 55 Cleveland line to downtown taking about 60 min. The hotel also has shuttle to airport. There are Walmart, Target, a mall food court within walking distance. Overall the property is old (but with...

"We really enjoy the kitchen with the refrigerator that keeps our cold packs frozen. I also liked the access to place settings. The one thing I could not find was a towel to dry the dishes. The other thing was we used to be able to load and unload in the back of the building; however, now there is no loading or unloading available for people just staying for about 15 to 20 minutes to check in and unload before parking the car."
