"The hotel is right across the street from the train station, although I went completely around the building the first time trying to locate it. I didn't understand the tram, but used the train station and Bolt from the hotel to get places. The hotel was nice and had items for use or purchase that you may need during your stay. Breakfast was very cozy but a bit overpriced I think. Overall it met all of our needs for our trip. "

"Room was large and had everything you need, also very clean. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Train station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. We arrived early but were able to leave our bags untill the check in. Would higly recommend!"

"Everything was up to the standards that I expect from a Holiday Inn Express, except for one thing. The room was freezing cold, I slept under two quilts. I tried to turn the aircon temperature up - no difference. I tried to switch it off - nothing. I switched the electricity off - the aircon was still on. Where does it say that guests like to be cold in bed in the winter? Thus I slept badly, as my feet and hands were cold."

"If you are coming from America, just know most hotels don't have microwave and fridge. I went with my family, 2 kids under 4 in cold January, and the heater has a limit. Breakfast is nice, staff was helpful. We were checked in early without any extra cost. Amsterdam is nice, id rather do a stay that is not hotel-like because of family."

The check in process was great, I checked in by David who was clear and very friendly. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
