The front desk helped me with finding an English speaking hospital for my daughter and changing rooms to accommodate her unexpectedly joining us (she had been with friends). "The staff were wonderful. The bed in my room could not be approached from one side, and the corners of the bed could cause injury by striking them on passing, with an ankle or lower leg. The shower area was small, and it was difficult to shower properly without making contact with the shower water controls."
