"The rooms carpet looked dirty and felt dirty. There was a bit of a smell . The hotel was very dated with wallpaper peeling off the wall. Staff was nice but we were disappointed in the facility. "

"Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay. A few minor things can use improvement, but it was clean, smells good, staff is accommodating to requests, has room service with bar in house and restaurant next door, parking is easy, beds and bedding comfy and clean. Very nice experience."

"We were offered a room upgrade on arrival by Nur, so we were in a room with a kitchenette. I spoke to him earlier in the day about a possible early check-in, and was very pleased that he said it was possible. The room was very nice and clean. The entire property has had a recent reno. We also had a basket of snacks which was a nice surprise. Lovely courtyard though we didn't have time to enjoy it during our stay. Excellent coffee options with the machine in the lounge. "

"Great staff and service wanted to tip the room service lady who used to clean my suite everyday but she declined politely and said "Sir we are paid very well hereand you are our guests and we do not take money from our guests ""

"Breakfast option was good. Could have used some sort of light blocking in the bathroom. Parking lot light was right there and kept bathroom fully lit all night which kept the room lighting seem like it was on all night. "
