"Pretty room, good online service, but check in process has room to improve. I suppose I would receive email with check in instruction before I arrive but I didn't receive it until early next morning. So I had to call them to get access code. Luckily for me, the main entrance was not shut when I arrived - I didn't know it's supposed to be closed at the time, so I could call in yhe lobby.
