"This hotel is located near multiple train stations and easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room was smaller than I wanted but it is the average size room for hotels in Tokyo. Staff are super nice and they provide free coffee and tea, and 1 bottle of water daily. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"Close to Ueno station. Arrived early day 1 so went and left our bags and then explored Ueno Park and the beautiful cherry blossoms. Very close to lots of food options and shopping too. Room was decently sized for Tokyo. Separate toilet room and shower room. Plenty of space for two suitcases and even a desk with chair. We found this to be just what we needed. Note though that the lifts were super slow. "

"The staff were very helpful and nice. Everyone communicated in english so no concerns with the language barrier. They provide many amenities and toiletries so no need to pack too much. The hotel is located close to everything and it is very walkable. I am very happy we chose to stay here."
