"The best thing was the staff they were the friendliest and were very polite. It was pouring in Tokyo today and we had checked out not only did they store our bags so we could do a last minute visit in Tokyo they lent us umbrellas which was super helpful with 2 young kids. The rooms feel a little simple but the buffet breakfast and the ladies retreat with free massage chairs and shampoo bar were lovely little touches. Its also less than a 5 min walk from the station the helpful staff and extras...

"Room doors don't close properly automatically. A nitpick but worth mentioning. Other than that great hotel! "

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

"The packages & letters received for Hotel Guest needed to be notified to the Guest of such items arrival. I have inquired my packages arrival , because Of my sender’s inquiry. Hotel never notified me for “ 3 Days” until I inquired at Front desk. Could be an important items. !!!! "
