"Good size room, comfortable, nice view. Photo showed walk in shower but my room was shower over bath with clingy shower screen which I did not like. I only requested room to be serviced one day using the “please make up my room” sign on my door but the room did not get serviced which was disappointing. "

"very noisy beeping outside most of the time - kept me awake. place needs a bit of a face light - e.g. doors to rooms need a paint job reception staff both on arrival and departure very good - polite, professional, friendly. close to West End - lovely walk over the Jolly bridge - close to theatre, close to Art gallery, etc. "
