"There was some constructions happening in the hotel, without informing us and letting us know ahead of time. It was noisy."

"We felt we were in a retreat of sorts every time we were at the hotel. The room was spacious, the trees and bird singing and views of Oaxaca made it so special. The staff was ever so friendly and helpful. The pool area was so peaceful with all the trees. The only two suggestions I have are: 1- Our room, number 706, had a very old air conditioning system. It was dark yellow it was so old. They need to replace that for the air it blows out must be bad. We stay in not so good hotels...

"Staff was nice but it took us hours to get some tooth paste. We also only got one towel for two people after room service. All good just ask for more if needed… the entertainment on the weekends was superb… I would stay here again."

"We arrived early, they accommodated us with storing our luggage until check in . The front desk clerk Viridiana was very helpful. I would definitely use this hotel on my next trip to Oaxaca. "

"The room was very nice, it was clean and comfortable! The only downside is that it’s advertised as being in the “centro” of Oaxaca, but it’s actually pretty far off from it. The area has no Centro charm, not sure if it’s a residential area but there are no shops, restaurants or even foot traffic. I was pretty nervous going out to find a place to eat after dark. "This place was cheap and functional nothing fancy. The staff was helpful and nice but Oaxaca centro is kinda off-putting. It smells like garbage consistently and really doesn’t offer anything special. Great hotel if you want to stay en el centro, just don’t love el centro."
