"Good for a overnight stay if you have an early flight the next day. Good that there is bus shuttle to and from airport as well as from Kawasaki train station. We didnt have time to use the public bath and gym. Quite nice river behind the hotel. Cant fault the staff and service and other amenities."

"As far as I and my grandsons were concerned, there was nothing to dilike about the Sun Route Plaza Hotel. Everything we were looking for was within a 5 / 10 minute walk. ( Shopping, Railway Station, Pub ) The staff were really helpful, Checking In & Checking Out, and those I spoke to had really good english. ( Much better than my Japanese ) We have already discussed going back next year."

"Clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The reception is located at the 7th floor, which seemed odd at first, but is actually nice if you're a guest that comes and goes often. The reception staff was also nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and also a plus is having two 7-Elevens at either side of the hotel. The only negative I would say is that the phone from the room to the reception does not work, it always rings as a busy line. Other than that, very pleased with my stay...

"I have nothing negative to say. Room was nice, clean and comfortable; It was small, but I knew that when I booked it, and because of the large luggage we had ( 2 large and 3 small) made it a bit challenging at times. Breakfast was good. Dinner at the Restaurant was very good . "
