The big surprise was the quality of the food at the hotel restaurant which meant we arrived after a long trip and didn't need to get back out to Figeac to eat out. "It was a lovely central Hotel. However, the rooms were tiny and the breakfast quite expensive for what was a very basic and limited choice. We were also given a disabled room for some reason...but at least that was slightly bigger than the rooms our friends had. There was no proper wardrobe space either, so dont bring dresses or long garments. On a positive note, the bathroom/ shower was brilliant as were the Hotel staff. "

"Hotel staff very pleasant. The problem is, they have a restaurant and customers were still loudly having a good night out at 1 o'clock. It was saturday though. The room was nice but the saloon doors on the ensuite didn't close, so no privacy. Ensuite was old and a bit grimy. Shower had bits of mould. There was complimentary shower gel and soap. They have a swimming pool in the garden behind which looked inviting. We only stopped one night and wouldn't go again."

"Beautiful grounds, good breakfast (extra charge). We arrived exactly on time for reception, but no one was there just a note with undecipherable directions to room which was several buildings and 400m away - no map as to location and poor written directions. Also, the Expedia cost was supposed to be $174.90 USD but charged $212.99 USD - $38.09 USD extra for breakfast for 2? Seems a bit high for breakfast!"

"Maisonnette agréable et spacieuse, seul bémol il y a fait très chaud. Isolation à revoir Un bar/snack serait un plus non négligeable Peut-être prévoir des animations pour que les gens fassent connaissance, au moins un pot d’accueil chaque samedi soir. Parking un peu petit 2 machines à laver est insuffisant et système à revoir car certains squattent les machines. Sinon le lieu est magnifique et le personnel très sympathique "

"A notre arrivée nous avone ete seduit par l endroit et nous nous sommes dit qu on y reviendrait une semaine dans l annee...la nous fesions juste une escale a notre retour du Portugal ..Nous sommes arrives un dimanche en fin d apres midi, l accueil etant fermee nous avions convenu de recuperer une envelloppe dans une boite aux lettres avec un code.Les instructions nous ont bien ete envoyees ...
