"The cleanliness and staff at the reception are beyond and above any expectations. The area is quiet and safe. The shuttle service is really nice and efficient. Tea and coffee are available inside the room, even a microwave. Due to bad weather, it was pretty cold but a heater was available and it worked well. You can select the temperature of the water for the shower, which is great. Highly recommend."

"The lobby and the outside of the hotel are a bit dated but the room was really nice. The staff was friendly and the location was close to a lot of touristy places you could walk to. Only downside was the curtains smelled a bit so had to leave windows open for air so the smell didn’t stick. "

"This stay was my third at the President and definitely the best to date. On previous visits I had been allocated rooms in a somewhat tired condition with minor irritating problems. This time the room appeared fresher, tidier, cleaner and everything worked. Every comfort I required was well provided and the included buffet breakfasts were satisfying with simple options. My only complaint would be that the single ply toilet paper provided is cheap, nasty and not in keeping with the quality...

"Was nervous when I read the reviews as we've previously stayed in the new apartments BUT the Jade family room was great! Yes a bit worn down but a lovely view, safe feeling, plenty of room for a family of 5 or 6, comfy beds, big tv, full kitchen. Close to sports park & loads of eateries. Handy to motorway. Friendly staff. We will be back! "
