Scores were reduced as not disability friendly. All rooms are accessed by some stairs, albeit for some no more than 6 and no lift. "Bed/mattress was squeaky. Grout discoloured in tiling in shower cubicle. Needed anti-mould treatment. No shower cubicle rack for shower toiletries. "

"A brief trip whilst attending a local event in Cannock Chase, easy check in and room spacious and comfortable, only 1 slight note would be lack of plug sockets. Had accessible rooms and these were helpful. Good breakfast with broad selection. Would certainly stay again."
