The customer service and hospitality are what you expect and appreciate from this level of hotel. The room standard with balcony is quite spacious; however the bathroom is tiny making it near impossible to shut the bathroom door. Water pressure is a bit slow when...

"We liked the Burj khalifa view from our window, we liked breakfast buffet options. Room was comfortable. Didn’t like the old and smoke smell in the hallways, maybe they should consider removing carpets. And didn’t like that someone was always coming in the room without us knowing that they gonna come. "
