"Negative first- so prior to the holiday the hotel messaged to ask my room preferences. I messaged back and on arrival these had been completely ignored. We had been given twin beds rather than a double (2 twins connected together). Avoid the basement rooms as these are dark, without privacy, and noisy. Had to pull the curtains on my first day there as cleaning staff sat outside on my rooms window ledge talking and smoking. As the lights were on you can see through the net curtains - they could...

"A very well-run hotel with very quiet and comfortable rooms, taking all of the stress out of an early morning flight or late night arrival at Schiphol Airport. It is an easy walk down a pleasant corridor (with moving sidewalks) from the train hall inside the airport. Its Bowery Restaurant is nice or of course you have many choices inside the airport."
