"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the breakfast staff were not particularly interested in providing a first class service. No marmalade, had to ask for pastries to be re-stocked and the cooked breakfast - eggs bacon etc - was suffering from rigour mortis. Not a great start to the mornng! Location though is ideal for exploring the city centre, visiting the Titanic Experience and for access to the City Airport."

"Overall a great place to stay with beautiful rooms and public areas oozing with history. The only criticism for the room (Deluxe)is that it needed a fridge, a mirror with a plug socket nearby and a little more lighting. The bed and furniture were excellent and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. Public areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a buffet style and was fine. The staff were excellent and friendly, as is the Irish way. Would I stay again? Most definitely. "
