"This was our first stay at the Apollo and everything was great. Our check in was easy as was the parking. Our room was clean. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both meals were lovely. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again."

"The building design is original & I think very successful.I enjoyed the curves in the building being reflected in the furnishings. The position is amazing. Being next to City Hall & opposite Civic Park, it was a lively scene with several events taking place while we were there. Twice we entertained visitors, & were grateful to the staff for taking them & us up to the restaurant to show them the view, although the floor was officially closed at those times. "We enjoyed our stay. Had a lovely meal and drink at happy hour. It is a lovely place and in a good position. My only concern was the tiles on the floor and shower were a bit aged and felt a bit grotty. Would I stay here again, yes, good value for money. Comfy bed and staff are lovely."
